Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of WhatsApp through JustTap Once complies with:

WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
Meta Platform Terms and policies.
Customer consent and opt-in requirements.

Users must not use the platform to send unsolicited messages or spam.

JustTap Once is not responsible for account restrictions, message limitations, template rejections, or enforcement actions imposed by Meta or WhatsApp.

6. Customer Data

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to collect, store, and process customer information uploaded to JustTap Once.

Users must obtain appropriate consent before sending communications to customers.

7. Third-Party Services

JustTap Once may integrate with third-party services including Meta and WhatsApp.

JustTap Once does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, or service availability caused by third-party providers.
